Ton’s Re-Bentwood Chair

The Again Bentwood Chair by Ton is not quite what you would expect from a bentwood chair.  The Again Bentwood Chair and Barstool are proof that traditional wood-bending techniques know few limits, even in designs usually reserved for metal furniture.

Inspired by the shape of a tennis racket, a generous arch crafted of solid beechwood embraces a plywood seat and backrest. The collection is made with precision craftsmanship, solid construction, comfort, and a variety of upholstery options — all in a stackable design. Materials:  Bentwood chair.  Frame in solid natural beechwood or beechwood with a stain or lacquer finish.  Seat in wood veneer.  Optionally upholstered seat and inner back.  Stacks 4 chairs high.
